Synopsis for "Chapter Three"
After Rickart watched his family die and Bruce was framed for the murder of Selina Kyle, the detective and the Dynamic Duo confronted Steeplechase at the Penguin Club, where the green-haired woman killed the former circus performer with a poisonous kiss. Afterwards, Gordon suspected that Steeplechase had married the mayoral front runner John Charles Gregory, while Bruce Wayne replaced Robin as Batgirl's partner and became Batman.
