Thunder is a new Johnny Thunder with the mischievous spirit of Thunderbolt.
History
He was among the rogue metahumans that were subdued by Superman and incarcerated at the Gulag. Thunder was among those that survived the U.N. nuclear bombing after being shielded from the nuclear blast by Green Lantern Jade. He later became a resident at Paradise Island.
