Tiger Vardoni was a member of the Three Black Cats and an enemy of Quicksilver.

Tiger Vardoni worked in a circus with his brothers under the management of Martin Brun, who gained a bad reputation for not letting aerial acts use safety netting during their performances. Antonio Vardoni fell during a performance and died due to the lack of any safety features in the circus, and after the accident the quality of the Vardoni brothers' act dropped in quality.

Ten years after the accident Tiger Vardoni and his brothers killed Martin Brun as revenge and robbed him, escaping from the scene using a wire from a radio aerial. The Three Black Cats later killed Sam Abell, a partner of Brun, but were interrupted at the scene by Quicksilver. They were chased over the rooftops but eventually managed to lose Quicksilver after cutting a wire he was balancing on, causing Quicksilver to go crashing through a window.

While on the rooftop of the Hotel Belton targeting Kane the Three Black Cats were once again interrupted by Quicksilver. They fought Quicksilver on top of a narrow hanging hotel sign, with one of the Three Black Cats taking the first swipe at Quicksilver but missing. Quicksilver used the opportunity to hit the Vardoni brother off the sign and to his death. When the other two Vardoni brothers went to strike Quicksilver he dropped down and hung from the hotel sign, causing them to lose their balance and also fall to the ground.
