Tim Drake, also known simply as Drake, is a super-villain who works with Amaxon Thunder's crew on the crime-ridden world of Earth 3. He is the evil counterpart of Robin of Earth 0.
History
As a child, he heard noises outside his home. Tim looked out the window, to find a haywire helicopter with Owlman on top of it, which crashed into Tim's apartment building, apparently killing him.[1]
Tim survived this encounter and grew up to become a supervillain called Drake. He was in love with fellow supervillain Amaxon Thunder and she used his lust for her to manipulate him into working for her.[2]

- Tim Drake was created by Marv Wolfman and Pat Broderick, first appearing in Batman #436. However, the Earth 3 version of Tim Drake first appeared in Justice League (Volume 2) #23.4: Secret Society by Geoff Johns, Sterling Gates, and Szymon Kudranski.
