Timothy Drake is one of the Robins in service to the Bat-Prince. He was placed as a spy in King Jefferson's court.
History
Timothy became close with the royal children, and Prince Jacob's most trusted friend. John Constantine, the Pierces' court wizard, quickly realised that Timothy was a spy and took the boy on as his page to feed him false information. Timothy learned that the Pierces were not evil people, but feared the Els and believed that they were acting in the best interests of the world by opposing them. He also discovered that Constantine was in love with King Jefferson, but chose not to tell anyone, even Bruce.
Constantine let Timothy find out that Jefferson had hired the Green Man and an archer to kill King Jor-El, hoping to prevent the assassination and avoid war. Timothy informed the Bat-Prince but he was unable to save the king.
After Jefferson was murdered by Zala Jor-El, Constantine denounced Timothy as a spy. Princess Jennifer wanted to kill him but John convinced her to let Timothy return home and tell the Els that war was coming.[1]
