Tim Drake was Robin, a former sidekick of the Batman.
History
Drake was the third person after Dick Grayson and Jason Todd who took Robin's' mantle. One night he was kidnapped by The Joker and Harley Quinn, they tied him up to a giant rocket. Batman arrived just in time to save him, together they fought The Joker and Harley and won. A few years later Tim (presumably) retired as Robin, he was succeed by Damian Wayne.[1]
