A number of characters have been called Tiny in the DC Universe. The most prominent one is a circus strongman from Hill's Circus who worked with Boston Brand aka Deadman. Another character named Tiny is a giant ape from Earth-AD and a Kamandi villain.
Tiny the Strongman was created by Arnold Drake and Carmine Infantino, first appearing in Strange Adventures #205 (1967). Tiny the Ape was created by Jack Kirby and first appeared in Kamandi #7 (1973).
