Synopsis for "Titans: Beast World, Part 2"
Raven wakes Victor, who had been unconscious for half an hour. The heroes continue their battle against Garro by destroying all of his spores. Meanwhile, on Earth, Animal Man feels the painful surge of a million new creatures connecting to the Red. In Blüdhaven, Nightwing and Batman are rescuing civilians under attack by animalistic creatures. Batman saves a child from an oncoming car but is severely injured in the process, allowing the child to escape. Nightwing catches up to him and returns to help Batman. Although Nightwing feels responsible, Batman reassures him that he made the right choices in the moment and reminds him that with the Necrostar gone, they must deal with one problem at a time.
A serpent-headed creature attacks them, and Batman stops it, but the spore inside the creature transfers into Batman's body. As he begins to transform into a werewolf-like creature, Nightwing vows to save him. Batman, now partially transformed, tells Nightwing that he believes he will succeed.
Oracle is coordinating all the heroes from the Titans Tower, sounding the alarm that all major cities and capitals are under attack. Kahndaq is in flames, with the lion-like Black Adam rampaging. Donna Troy and Starfire respond to the call and head to confront him. Nightwing fights the "werewolf-Batman" and warns Oracle that the spores are choosing stronger hosts. He advises that superheroes with powers should distance themselves to avoid making things worse. He and Batman plunge into the river during their struggle. Oracle immediately alerts Starfire and Donna.
Meanwhile, Waller and Peacemaker head to the White House. Waller senses that she is losing control of the situation and tells Doctor Hate that things have gone too far. Waller plays her trump card with the President of the United States, seeking full authority to "save" the world. She asserts that the world cannot depend solely on Nightwing and the Titans.
Nightwing brings the unconscious body of the werewolf-Batman to safety and requests Oracle to gather scientists, doctors, and a secure cage.

Notes
- There's a continuity error in this story as Oracle's computer screens show Livewire rampaging through Metropolis and Killer Croc transforming into a Beast. However, these events are respectively shown in Titans: Beast World Tour: Metropolis #1 and Titans: Beast World Tour: Gotham #1 that actually take place after this issue.
Trivia
- Nightwing asks Batman "how he is broken from one to Bane" which is obviously a reference to Bane breaking his back in Batman #497.
