Agnetta examines a memory of Jason Todd where he attacks Deathstroke for knocking out the Titans, using the Eye of the Dragon for Brother Blood who has Ravager in his thrall. She tells him that they'll soon learn his identity and why he was here. Examining the memories, she learns that Jason rejected pausing his hostile attacks against Deathstroke and eventually caught him with a rope, stating it'll be better for the world if he died. Slade however taunted that he knew he won't so he can learn what he is after.
Deathstroke told Jason about a bounty on Brother Blood's head by a man for brainwashing his son through a fake college. Thinking that it was a piece of cake, he states that he sent his daughter Ravager to kill him but she was caught and brainwashed too. Hood agrees to free her in exchange for surrendering. As he tries cuffing him, Jason gets shocked by his suit and falls unconscious. Deathstroke escapes knowing he will go after his daughter. Ravager tells Agnetta to probe his memory further, but gets told that he'll die. Blood rejects probing him more, stating that he has need of his skills.
After Ravager is asked by Brother blood to marry him, she agrees and leaves along with him as well as Agnetta for the ritual. Beast Boy meanwhile sneaks in as an insect and frees Jason after turning into a gorilla, telling him he can't risk himself for Ravager. Jason however rejects fleeing and states that they need to free the kids brainwashed by Bother Blood, emphatizing with their painful experience. Garfield relents but advices that they need to find the other Titans, however he is unable to contact them.
Jason determines on going to the main hall to stop Ravager's wedding with Blood despite Beast Boy's reluctance. After separating from hi, Garfield encounters the astral projection of Raven and decides to follow, coming upon a room where all the Titans are imprisoned in pods made by a blood-like liquid. Starfire breaks out as it tries taking him and frees the others. She explains that they were first attacked by the mysterious liquid in form of sentient beings, but they soon transformed into a formless liquid and imprisoned them in the pods to choke them on blood.
The beings made from blood assemble back after the destruction of pods, meanwhile Brother Blood tells his Church of Blood about taking Ravager as another bride. Todd calls out to her, telling her not t marry him and Blood orders Agnetta to deal with him. Deathstroke meanwhile sneak sin as the ring-bearer for the wedding and triggers Rose's neural implant, undoing Blood's brainwashing by resetting her memory. As he battles the cult leader, Deathstroke taunts that the Titans will keep his minions made of blood at bay. Blood reveals that they're made fom his life force and intelligent beings capable of fighting for themselves.
Jason confronts Rose as she tries taking the Eye of the Dragon, telling her to think what her dad put her through just to get to it, stating she must still somewhat remember what Blood did to her. Ravager however remains unpersuaded while Deathstroke succeeds in stabbing Brother Blood, which kills the Bloodborne too. Agnetta states that without him the place will soon start erupting with magma and Raven fools them into thinking that her Soul-Self is the spirit of Blood.
Ravager mocks the Titans for risking their life to save the members of the cult, but Jason states that they like him have done it since childhood, being satisfied in saving others even at the risk to themselves. As she kicks Jason away, Slade tells her to stop wasting time and give him the Eye of the Dragon. She however tosses it before magma exploding out of the ground, knowing what she was put through and makes her escape.
