The Titans Raft was a thin sheet metal raft that ferried passengers back and forth on the East River between Titans Tower and the mainland in New York City.
History
Use of the raft required a special identi-card, which only members of the Teen Titans and their close friends and relatives were allowed to use. Access to the raft however, did not automatically include access to the Tower itself.
