Synopsis for "Dark-Winged Queen, Part 5"

In the past, a young Vanessa texts Donna Troy telling her about how she stood up to a group of bullies. In the present, Vanadia fights the Titans, believing them to be monstrous imposters. Victor attempts to lift the augmented reality over her eyes while the rest of the Titans keep her distracted.

Meanwhile, somewhere in Oblivion, Dark Raven tells Rachel her plans to unlock the Titans' true potential by removing their moral limitations. Rachel insists that the Titans will defeat her.

Back at Titans Tower, the Titans hold Vanadia still while Cyborg frees her mind from the augmented reality influencing her. Vanadia then realizes that these are the real Titans and is happy to see them, telling Donna about the time she texted her through the Text A Titan program. Raven then emerges from a portal and attacks Vanadia, shattering the android. As she dies, Donna comforts Vanadia. Victor then reveals that he recognizes the work as Dr. Morrow's. The Titans use a boom tube to go to S.T.A.R. Labs to confront Dr. Morrow.

Later, Dick confronts Raven about her willingness to kill Vanadia, and Raven defends herself by saying she knew that Vanadia was a machine. She then grabs Dick by the throat, demanding to know where his mind was when the alarm sounded when Vanadia first attacked the Tower.
