Synopsis for "Dark-Winged Queen, Part 6"

In Hell, Hera, Queen of the Gods, demands an audience with Blaze, the current ruler of Hell.

At Titans Tower, Gar and Victor walk in to discover Raven holding Dick Grayson by the throat. Dick tells them that the woman they thought was Raven isn't the real Raven. Dark Raven drops Dick. Again, Gar and Victor walk in on Raven and Dick, only this time the two are calmly discussing relocating the Titans temporarily to Bludhaven. Gar then says that he and Victor are going to Kravia, where the president was attacked by a talking green tiger, another thing Gar is being blamed for.

Gar and Victor arrive at the Principality of Kravia in time to witness an attack on the president by a green tiger, that then transforms into a blue-ringed octopus that bites the president. Gar pulls the octopus off of the president and tells Victor to take the president to the hospital for treatment. The attacking green animal is revealed to be Apex Ava, who attempts to kill Gar to take his powers. Raven arrives and traps her. Apex Ava taunts Gar, telling him that he should feel shame for causing the deaths of thousands during the events of Beast World. Raven sends Apex Ava away to a cell in the tower, and Gar tearfully questions why he doesn't feel guilty.

In Hell, Hera confers with Blaze. Along with two of Raven's demon brothers, Suge and Belial, they question Neron, who is imprisoned in Blaze's dungeon. Neron reveals that while Rachel Roth had the demon side of herself contained, he released her other self from the soul gem when Raven came to attack him in Hell and turn him over to Blaze. Blaze questions if it is wise when Suge and Belial say they should attack her, and Hera says that they will not attack her alone, summoning The Spectre to go with them.
