Synopsis for "Dark-Winged Queen, Part 7"

In Titans Tower in Bludhaven, the Titans minus Raven gather while Dick and Victor explain that Dark Raven has trapped the real Raven and has been manipulating them. Using Donna's Lasso of Persuasion, Donna attempts to command the Titans to reject Raven's mind-control in preparation to attack Raven. However, when they go to attack Raven she is gone and they instead find the Spectre and two of Raven's brothers, Suge and Belial, who are working together to stop the Dark-Winged Queen. Spectre tells the Titans not to interfere before he and the demons leave to find Raven.

Victor accesses every satellite in orbit and locates Raven, who is being attacked by Suge and Belial. Raven uses Trigon's staff to increase her power and traps her brothers inside gemstones that she then places on her crown alongside the stones containing Rachel Roth and her brother, the demon Trilogy. The Titans arrive through a boom tube and attempt to stop Raven, but then the Spectre appears behind Raven and severs her torso from her legs. Raven falls, but then reattaches her legs and uses the power she has accumulated in her crown to trap the Spectre inside a gemstone, placing it on her crown and revealing her form as the dark-winged queen. Swamp Thing arrives calling for the Titans, telling them that the Dark-Winged Queen is breaking the world with her powers. Trigon erupts from a mountain and goes to Raven. Nightwing broadcasts on an emergency channel, requesting aid from every hero on Earth.
