Synopsis for "All in the Family"

The Titans move into an underground Titans Tower base in New York City. Some of the Titans disagree with Donna's decision to move there instead of moving into the Justice League Watchtower, especially Roy who is the most vocal about his complaints. The team bickers, on edge from the move, until an alarm sounds due to a disturbance in Manhattan.

The Titans head out to find Mammoth and Shimmer, the Flinders Twins, causing chaos on the streets. Mammoth claims that the Titans have made Shimmer go crazy and that's why they are attacking. Due to reincorporating parts of her personality back into one, Raven is exceptionally affected by the emotions of the people around her, and she is paralyzed by the fear from citizens caught in the crossfire. Roy redirects her to feel Mammoth's anger instead and she begins attacking Mammoth. Donna scolds Roy for manipulating Raven. The Titans attack the Twins, and Gar transforms into a giant gorilla and knocks Shimmer unconscious. Mammoth begs the Titans not to kill his sister, and Donna promises to help Shimmer. Mammoth doesn't believe Donna and escapes into the sewer, promising to come back for his sister and for revenge on the Titans.

In a nearby building, Clock King and Deathstroke watch the Titans. Clock King reveals that he caused Shimmer to relive her memories of the Titans attacking her over and over, according to Deathstroke's plan to separate the twins to make Mammoth easier to recruit to his newly re-formed Crime Syndicate.
