History

Bruce Wayne adopted Titus as a present for Damian, whom he was having difficulty bonding with. Damian rejected the dog at first, but eventually bonded with the dog and named him Titus.

Trivia

• In his first appearance, the dog was referred to as "Le Grand Danois", which is a literal translation into French of "The Great Dane". However, the species of dog is known as Dogue allemand in French.
