Magno is a name used by two separate legacies in the DC Universe. The original was Tom Dalton, a Golden Age super-hero with electric powers. He later became a member of the Freedom Fighters. Tom Dalton was created by Paul Gustavson, first appearing in the Quality Comics publication Smash Comics #13. (1940)
The 30th Century originally had a villain named Magno Lad, a member of the Legion of Super-Rejects with magnetic powers similar to Cosmic Boy. In the Reboot Legion he was replaced by Dyrk Magz, a hero of Braal who replaced Cosmic Boy when Cosmic Boy was lost in time. Dyrk Magz was created by Roger Stern, Tom McCraw, and Jeffrey Moy, first appearing in Legionnaires #43. (1996)
