Tom Kenny (b. July 13, 1962) is a professional comedian and voice actor who has voiced various DC characters over the years, mainly the Penguin and Plastic Man, in animated projects such as The Batman and Batman: The Brave and the Bold.
Professional History
Tom Kenny is a prolific American voice actor best known for his silly voices for comedic cartoon characters in movies, TV, and video games. First gaining recognition for voicing the title character on Spongebob Squarepants, Kenny went on to voice numerous iconic roles in animation, including the Ice King and Magic Man on Adventure Time, Adventure Time: Distant Lands, and Adventure Time: Fionna and Cake, the Penguin on The Batman, and Plastic Man on Batman: The Brave and the Bold. Kenny would return to DC projects multiple times to voice numerous characters in many projects, mainly versions of the Penguin and Plastic Man, even writing and producing a TV pilot for a Plastic Man TV series.
