Tom Ruegger (b. April 4, 1956) is a writer.

Tom Rueger is an American writer, producer and director. He produced some episodes of the 1992 television series Batman: The Animated Series. He also worked as executive producer in the movie Batman: Mask of the Phantasm.
Personal History
Ruegger was married to voice actress Adrienne Alexander, who worked with him on Scooby-Doo and Pound Puppies. He met her while they both attended Dartmouth College. In 2006, he married Annie Malley, and lives near Los Angeles, California. Annie is a successful marathon runner, and he has three sons: Nathan, Luke and Cody.
