The five core members of the Strongmen of America are on a vacation in space. According to decent traveler reviews from The National Cosmographic magazine, Tom decides to take the group to Theta Incognita IV. Contrary to the many claims of safety and fun the planet is expected to provide, Theta Incognita IV turns out to be a perilous planet that turns the team's every attempt at fun and exploration into a disaster. Synopsis for "The Land of Heart's Desire!"
Tesla is fast asleep on the Hyper-rocket, and Tom and Dhalua continue their vacation by going sightseeing on an Earth-like planet. Once they step outside, the two are delighted to take in the planet's sweetly fresh air, but once they find a deceased explorer in their space-suit lying on the ground, the two become somewhat nervous. Near the body, Tom deciphers a hazard beacon that reads: "There is nothing under heaven that is worse than this. Traveler, turn back."
They decide to wrap-up their expedition, but get distracted when they find a beautiful castle in the middle of the wilderness. Upon entering, Tom and Dhalua find themselves becoming younger, and all their wishes become a reality. Between brief moments of clarity, Tom and Dhalua worry that they may forever be trapped in that hellish paradise. Fortunately, Pneuman had followed them to the planet once it realized the planet was listed as "off-limits" on the ship's database. The robot explains his being able to fight off the planet's influence as a result of his singular desire to serve Tom and Dhalua.

Synopsis for "Baubles of the Brain Bazaar!"
Dhalua is captured by a female creature (Yadrazza Pel) who trades in the consciousnesses of sentient beings. In order to free his wife from Yadrazza Pel's clutches, Tom allies himself with his old friend Johnny Future. Future explains that due to a malfunction of Tom's ship, Tom has been transported four billion years in the future – a place where the sun has been reduced to a "dying giant," and the galaxy's planets have been broken apart orbit "The Grand Array." Future further explains that his own partner, a cat-like creature named Jermaal, has also been taken by the trader.
Using Future's futuristic fish-shaped ship (the Coelacanth), the two then race to prevent the minds of Dhalua and Jermaal from being sold as slaves. They arrive at the slave market, and Future interrupts an auction to force Yadrazza Pel to tell him who Dhalua and Jermaal were sold to. After she does, Tom and Future take Yadrazza Pel to meet the buyer. Against Yadrazza Pel's will, an trade is made for her mind in exchange for Dhalua and Jermaal. The four return safely to Tom's ship, where Future makes repairs to it. Tom thanks him, then sets off for Earth.
