History

"Tough" Tony Bressi was a mid-level mob boss in Gotham City.

During Bane's rise to the power in Gotham, Tony was forced to work in Bane's favor after his own kids were kidnapped by the criminal mastermind. He tried to get his men aligned with Bane's best interests, drawing the attention of a new and more brutal Batman. Bressi was forced to reveal his helpess situation to Batman, who then used Bressi to get more information on Bane.

Batman and Bressi came up with a plan to get to Bane, but Bane sent his henchmen to confront Batman. During the confonrtation, Bressi recovered his kids and he was taken to a safe place by Robin, who was concerned over Batman's brutality reaching the innocent. After this event, nothing else was known about Bressi or his criminal activities.
