Synopsis for "Great Infestations"
Dust Devil's mother phoned him when she found a hole in her kitchen. However, he was on duty with Jack Phantom in the sewer under North Hockney. Jack contacted Cathy who was questioning Vax-Ul from the Alien Registration about the Libra murders. Monsoon left the room when he heard a noise from outside.
Jeff and Slinger told him to book several people for causing a disturbance. Monsoon told them to pick up radioactive material from a museum on Laurel Street. Jeff refused, so Wolfspider offered to do it for them. Back at North Hockney, Large Marge insisted on helping the Top 10 take down Libra while Jeff offered to drive Slinger.
Caesar and Annette talked while Duane and Jack bantered in the sewer until they encountered Libra. Pete joined them and helped repel the monster. The three pursued Libra until the monster appeared before Caesar and Annette. Caesar's prosthetic leg broke leaving Pete to save them, although they did could not tell if Libra was dead or alive.
Afterwards, Jack, Annette, and Caesar went to Krakatoa's Diner for coffee where Jack had her butt touched by the Ghostly Goose and confronted him while Pete went with Duane to visit the latter's mother and discovered a rat infestation.
