History
Despite her father's wishes to conceal her abilities, Tora's powers became evident, forcing her to flee across various countries. She finally enrolled in the Justice League International, where she became close friends with Fire.
She is close friends with Guy Gardner, and Guy keeps photo of the two of them as an important item.

- This version of the character is exclusive to the continuity of the video game DC Legends and is an adaptation of Ice/Tora Olafsdotter. The original character was created by Keith Giffen, J.M. DeMatteis, and Kevin Maguire and first appeared in Justice League International #12.
- For a time, Ice was only mentioned and shown in a picture in Guy Gardner's equipment. She was finally added as a playable character in August of 2022.
