Torcher is the clone of the leader of Boss Moxie's original Intergang henchmen recreated in the modern age for Moxie by Dabney Donovan.

History

She is violently protective of her boyfriend Mike Gunn and chooses to kill herself after he's killed in a jailbreak she orchestrated, though she expected both of them to be brought back by Donovan in short order.
