History

He was imprisoned by his world's Crime Syndicate of Amerika, who kept him stretched out as the floor of their headquarters, where he could be heard constantly moaning in agony.

• Transmutato is the evil Antimatter Universe equivalent of the hero Metamorpho, and presumably has equivalent powers.
