Travis Morgan was the Warlord of the pocket dimension Skartaris.
History
Morgan was a pilot in the United States Air Force. During a flight over the North Pole, he was transported through a portal to the strange world of Skartaris, seemingly located inside a hollow Earth. Through his prowess in battle and after many adventures, he established himself as a leading figure in the fight against the evil conqueror Deimos. Among his ranks were his new wife and daughter, Tara and Jennifer, as well as Machiste, Shakira and Mariah Romanova.
As Deimos' forces advanced towards Shamballah, Warlord asked his daughter to pull members of the Justice League into Skartaris for help. Unbeknownst to them all, Deimos was aided by the Legion of Doom, who were after the Great Stone, a large chunk of Green Kryptonite. With the help of Green Lantern, Supergirl, Stargirl and S.T.R.I.P.E., Warlord's forces were able to drive back the Dino-troopers. Warlord and Deimos squared off in single combat, which ended in the latter's demise as he fell while trying to lunge at Warlord.[1]
