Trey Williams was a street thug operating out of Opal City with his partner Benny Addison.
History
At one point, the two of them came into possession of Lex Luthor's Warsuit and arranged a deal to sell it to supervillain Bolt through the Calculator. The deal went wrong, and when Bolt refused to pay them they shot him up and mortally wounded him. Although Benny fled, Trey stopped and called an ambulance, saving Bolt's life.[1]
