History

Trevor Cahill is a neurochemical researcher from Gotham City. He's one of many sources of Starling and helped her and Black Canry with their first case as the Birds of Prey. It is later revealed he was an agent of Choke, posing as him and gaining control of Starling, who he commanded to kill her teammates twice. He is killed by Katana to put a stop to his control over Ev. It is only after the fact that the team discovers he was not actually Choke.
