"The Trial of Superman!" was a twelve-part story arc published in alternating Superman titles cover dated from October 1995 to January 1996 (Superman navigation numbers 1995/40 to 1996/4). The story arc followed a prologue to it that involved battles with both an alien bounty hunter (name unknown) and the Parasite in a more monstrous form than before and then found the Man of Steel both off-world and in outer space, having been put on trial by a mysterious galactic court known as the Tribunal. It also featured the return of the Cyborg Superman, a revelation about Luthor,[1] and the entire Superman Family.
