A supremely powerful demon, Trigon the Terrible is known across countless worlds in countless dimensions for his malice, cruelty, and will to dominate all life. His goal was to take over the universe after destroying the Earth. He even recruits the Teen Titans' arch-nemesis Slade in order to assist him in his goals.
History
Finally halted and sealed away by the goddess Azar, Trigon was trapped in a Hellish dimension from which even HIS power could not escape. In a bid to return to the multiverse and resume his conquest, Trigon had a cult of his followers on Earth perform a ritual that allowed him to impregnate a woman called Arella. From this unholy union would be born the girl who would be known as Raven.
