Trilogy, real name Liam, is one of the half-human children of Trigon on Earth.

History

Liam and his two brothers were born and raised in a small town in the Southwestern United States known as "Fides". Their demonic powers were awakened by the Lazarus rain and Liam accidentally killed their mother. They fled to the local church to beg the priest to perform an exorcism on them. When he couldn't they tortured him until Raven, their half-sister, sensed and came looking for them.

Raven promised she could help them and Liam's brothers left with her but he stayed inside, insisting that God needed to heal him. Trigon, who had accompanied Raven disguised as Beast Boy, murdered Liam's brothers and teleported her away. Trigon went into the church, enduring the pain of standing on consecrated ground, and told Liam he was his father. He invited Liam to join him, saying that he showed great promise by refusing to trust anyone, and gave him the new name "Trilogy".
