Notes
- The Trinity War event continues from Justice League Dark #22 and is continued in Justice League of America (Volume 3) #7.
- Despite being already implied in issue #10, this issue confirms that, in the Post-Flashpoint Multiverse, Heaven is composed of the heavens of every righteous soul, which are shaped after the memories and will of each soul, from across the Multiverse.
- There's a continuity error in this issue as Arthur Light is shown to have three daughters. However, in their first appearance from Justice League of America (Volume 3) #6 and future issues, his third daughter is replaced by a son, Tommy Light.
- This issue is reprinted in Trinity of Sin: The Phantom Stranger: Breach of Faith and Justice League: Trinity War.
