Troy Turner was a student at Smallville High and a bully to fellow student, Amy Palmer.

History

This caused Amy's brother to attack Troy.

A year later, Troy was dating fellow student, Chrissy. To keep herself from aging, Chrissy drained Troy of his life force, causing him to age rapidly and drown in the pool at Smallville High. His rapid aging was officially attributed to progeria.
