Tsaritsa was a powerful sorcerer. After she took over the inhabitants of Legends of the World, she took the name Queen of Fables.
History
One day, she summoned the Super Friends to her realm to make them the subjects of new stories. Due to the land being stories, they were able to morph reality with their imagination. Finally, Green Lantern figured out how to end Tsarita with a simple phrase: "And they lived happily ever after! The end!"[1]
