Tucker "Junkyard Dog" Long was an Arkham Asylum inmate completely obsessed with trash, and what you could find inside of it.

History

As he was always searching through the trash, he constantly had an incredibly offending aroma. He was killed by his cellmate "Doodlebug," who plucked his heart out of his chest with his bare hands to help complete a satanic ritual that unleashed demons from hell upon the Asylum.
