Tula was the estranged daughter of Garth and a member of Batman's Silent Cavalry going by the name Aquagirl.

History

They infiltrate Lex Luthor's Mankind Liberation Front and once they discover that Luthor is brainwashing Captain Marvel, they attack and incarcerate the MLF members. The Silent Calvary come to aid other metahumans at the Gulag battle and Tula is killed when the U.N. drop the nuclear bomb on them all.
