Tusk was an enemy of Batman with an aversion towards his sidekicks, Nightwing and Robin.

History

Using his metahuman abilities for evil, Tusk did his dirty deeds in Gotham City. Attacked by Batman and Robin, he was defeated by the latter of the duo. Swearing revenge, Tusk attacked Robin several times, including when he became Nightwing. Eventually Tusk's attacks stopped and he began to hide out underground. Years later, located by a new Robin, Tusk was once again defeated.

Tusk later attended an opera, however, it was interrupted when a monster named Mr. Melmoth was summoned and he killed everyone in the theater. As a result, Killer Croc swore to get revenge since Tusk was one of the only people that ever treated him fair.
