Quote1 It's possible Penguin took the Alice programming a little too far with our new cousin, Dum. But I gotta admit he's just what the family needed. Quote2

Tweedledie was an artificially created cousin of Tweedledum and Tweedledee.

When the Abramovichi twins were incapacitated by the Scarecrow after being resewn together, the Penguin needed a new set of henchmen and sought out the cousins Tweedledum and Tweedledee. Equipping the boys with jet packs and new guns, Penguin also added a new member to their partnership, a man who was brainwashed to insanity and his strength artificially amplified. Naming him Tweedledie, the three criminals were sent to intercept a mysterious packaged headed towards Wayne Enterprises.

Knowing that the package was holding his new Batmobile, Batman arrived at the scene of the crime and was forced to fight Tweedledie while the cousins tried to hijack the container with a helicopter. Batman was able to defeat Die and then come back for Dum and Dee, leaving them all unconscious and subdued in front of GCPD Headquarters. Not long after their arrest though, the Arkham Knight snuck into the holding cells and proceeded to execute each of the Tweedles one by one.[1]

Powers

  • Superhuman Strength: Tweedledie, artificially created by the Penguin, was equipped with super strength, meant to act as the muscle that the Tweedle cousins originally lacked.

Other Characteristics

  • Mental Disorder: The Penguin had Tweedledie's entire personality programmed into himself, but, as Tweedledee commented, the crimelord went a little overboard on the Alice in Wonderland programming.
