Ubu is a loyal servant to Ra's al Ghul.
History
As a member of the Society of Shadows, Ubu never allows anyone to get too close or precede the glorious steps of his master. His zealous attitude angered Batman, who was sick of being pushed aside and called "infidel" by Ubu. In the end, Batman knocked the man down in their final encounter.[1]
