The hideous Ugg-I was the former Sinestro Corps Soldier of Space Sector 53.

History

She was executed by the Alpha Lanterns for taking part in the riot and attempted escape from the Sciencells of Oa.

During the Blackest Night, she was reanimated, along with the other slain prisoners, into a Black Lantern. During the battle between the Sinestro Corps and Star Sapphires on Zamaron the arrival of the Black Lanterns, made up of many Fallen Sinestro Corpsmen led by Amon Sur, interrupted both sides.
