The Unknown Lantern is an unidentified member of the Green Lantern Corps buried in the Crypts of Oa in Sector 666.

His memorial sports no name.[1] Later during Blackest Night he appears resurrected as a member of the Black Lantern Corps.[2]

  • Although the Unknown Lantern has come up in conversation with creators, they are so far refusing comment. This intentional vagueness implies some sort of significance.[3] The official online DC Comics companion to Blackest Night and the War of Light lists all information about him as classified.[4]
