Synopsis for "Haunted House (Part I)"
Dr. Moses Lwanga is an accomplished medical doctor and humanitarian, and lives in Uganda with Sera – his wife – who is also a doctor, and devout Christian. Moses spent most of his life in the U.S., but returned to his African birthplace two years prior. He struggles to put up with his notoriety, and worse yet, he's plagued by horrific and violent nightmares. Moses and his wife eventually move and stay in an IDP camp, where they are appalled at the level of sickness and violence they find there. One day, Moses loses his temper, and kills an LRA child soldier while trying to rescue a kidnapped girl. He uses a sharp rock to cut and disfigure his face, hoping the pain would shut out the twisted voice he keeps hearing in his head. Then, he loses consciousness.
