At an undisclosed location in the Southern Seas is an Undersea City. The Blackhawks have been there.
History
In 1947 the Blackhawk Squadron discovered a hidden civilization of air-breathing humans, under a glass dome, at the bottom of the Southern Seas. These people's ruler was a tyrant, who picked a fight with Blackhawk, and lost. The ruler fell into the open maw of an enormous shellfish, which snapped shut on him fatally. A rebellious faction seized control of the Undersea City.

Notes
- No mention is made of whether or not the Blackhawks revealed the location of this city to anybody. Given that this place has never been seen or mentioned again, it seems likely that they told nobody.
- Nobody in the Undersea City seems to have a name, nor does the city itself. The people use mechanical air-breathing apparatus, whenever venturing outside of their pressurized homeland.
