Vamp was a "Made Man" of the Crime Syndicate under Owlman.

History

While searching for the Quantum Trigger, Vamp fought against Wonder Woman. Taking the forms of a lion, a cobra, and a bear, Vamp was knocked unconscious when Wonder Woman applied her knee to Vamp's midsection. She reverted to her human form.
