Vandal Savage was an immortal captured by the US goverment.

History

Vandal Savage had previously visited Dinosaur Island in the past, and had sensed of its foreboding essence as The Centre. Vandal was captured by the American Government in the 20th century, and had been imprisoned in Nellis Air Force Base, alongside with the other "mystery men". When the Centre made its appearance, Vandal criticized King Faraday for "fool(ishly)" deciding to fight against such a powerful threat. Faraday, however, ignored him and decided to "gas" him for "twice an hour" which Savage receptively doesn't take it too well.
