Velma Boswell and her husband were Third World War Promoters, with Velma being the far more ambitious of the pair.

History

Velma and the other Third World War Promoters were captured by Wonder Woman, Steve Trevor and the Holliday Girls and imprisoned on Venus. After being imprisoned there Velma was able to remove her Venus Girdle and plot to overthrow Queen Desira and use Paula's Space Transformer to use Venus as a base for selling weapons of war that use Venus technology to various nations on Earth.

Velma was defeated once more by the Amazon champion and imprisoned on Reformation Island.
