Hyrax is an international eco-terrorist and the leader of the Eden Corps.

History

Green Arrow was sent by the National Security Agency to infiltrate her organization, and he developed a romantic relationship with her. She planned on using a bomb called the Mutajek 9-9 to destroy Metropolis and rid nature of its blight upon the Earth. Flying over the city in a plane, she took a bullet in a shoot-out and died right after ensuring Arrow's demise. He was already strapped into the bomb, and detonated it early to save everyone rather than let Metropolis and all of its inhabitants die.
