History
Agents of the Vesetech Corporation kidnapped women in and around Ciudad Juárez, and used them for human experiments with both traditional medicine and metahuman experimentation, under the guidance of the Crime Doctor.
They were stopped by the Suicide Squad, Manhunter and the Birds of Prey
