Vice is a thief that operates out of Gotham City.
History
He and his partner-in-crime Swindle participated in Roulette's "Race of Thieves" against competitors such as Catwoman and Mirror Master. [1]
After being knocked out of the race in Round 2 after Swindle betrayed him to avoid the cops, Vice and Swindle were hired by Roulette to assassinate the other racers. After their job was foiled, the two would-be-assassins had to trek back to society from the desert they were stranded in. [2]
