History

Mister Freeze was incarcerated in Arkham Asylum where he was being treated by Dr. Harleen Quinzel, but she had no progress with him. A group of rogue cops called The Executioners broke into Arkham, freed the inmates and gave them back their weapons. Mister Freeze tried to escape from the asylum, but since the police rounded up the place, he made hostages. Batgirl and Robin defeated Mister Freeze and put him back behind bars.
