Victoria Ngengi is Flint, a Kenyan superhero and member of Stormwatch.
History
Ngengi was longtime member of Stormwatch, having served alongside Hellstrike at some point in time.[2]
Despite Stormwatch's covert status, Flint was known to the superhero Vixen, though she believed Ngengi to be retired. During a conflict with Vandal Savage, Doctor Mist instructed Impala to locate Flint should their efforts to recruit Vixen against the threat fail.[3]
When Director Bones rebuilt Stormwatch at the behest of a shadowy benefactor, Ngengi was made leader of their field team.
Flint led Stormwatch's attack against the Fourth Reich, while the assault was mostly succesful Eminence of Blades was killed by Baroness Blitzkrieg shortly before Flint could decapitate the speedster.[4]

- Superhuman Strength: Flint is strong enough to decapitate a woman with a single punch[4] and could stun even a god like Apollo with her blows.[5]

- Flint was created by Jeff Mariotte and Ron Lim, first appearing in StormWatch #28. However, in the Prime Earth continuity, Flint first appeared as part of the New 52 DC Universe in Wildstorm 30th Anniversary Special #1 by Ed Brisson and Mike Henderson.
